Whistleblowers have protection against reprisals such as suspension, dismissal, demotion or similar measures under EU Directive 2019/1937 (“EU Whistleblowing Directive”), provided that the report falls within the material and personal scope of EU Directive 2019/1937 and the whistleblower has reasonable grounds to believe that his or her report of breaches of Union law is true. Whistleblowers who maliciously and willfully make false or misleading reports or unfounded allegations have no protection against reprisals and such a report may qualify as a criminal offense, e.g. defamation.

Your report will be treated confidentially. Whistleblower protection applies when reporting under EU Directive 2019/1937.
