The assembly stage is the last step in this process and should be taken into consideration from the very start, during the pre-press stage. Our specialists, who are at your side throughout the project, can advise you about the different binding and folding options available to you.
Our printing facility offers saddle stitching with inserters, ink-jet addressing and palletizing, as well as glue binding for the production of hot-melt and PUR adhesive bindings for paper sizes up to DIN A3 for 2-up layouts. The facility also includes a cutter that can cut six to eight-page stacks at a time, as well as a cellophane overwrapper. Our modern assembly process perfectly complements our printing methods to meet our high quality standards.
