Ecolabel  

On 7 September 2010, Kommerzialrat Peter Berger and Peter Berger Junior were awarded the Austrian Eco-labels for web offset printing and digital printing by the Minister for the Environment Nikolaus Berlakovic. Sheet-fed offset printing has already been certified since 2006. Thanks to this, all print products offered by Berger now fulfil the relevant guidelines and are classed as low-pollution print products.

The Austrian Ecolabel was designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser and symbolises the following elements: earth, water, nature and air. It is the official national Ecolabel. Printed products must be produced on recycled/chlorine-free bleached paper. What is more, only solvents and inks and/or book binds and finishings that correspond to specific requirements can be used. We have been able to verify that we fulfil all of these requirements!

• Periodical books
• Published printed products
• Commercial brochures
• Printed products (forms, blocks of invoice sheets, etc.)
• Calendars
• Printed advertising products
